It is the season of Natsu Matsuri (Summer Festivals) in Japan between July to August.

There are many games with prizes, traditional/modern dancing, and of course street foods to enjoy in Natsu Matsuri!

Both Takoyaki & Okonomiyaki are one of the most popular foods in Japanese festivals.

If you make them at home, you need to prepare the ingredients & equipment. But our Takoyaki & Okonomiyaki are easy to prepare! Just warm up in microwave and squeeze your sauce & Mayo on top! If you would like to make them bit more special, lightly pan-fry them on a pan after warming up in microwave. You will enjoy both of the textures, soft inside & crispy outside♪

Just warm up in microwave for about 3-4 mins for 1 serve (about 8pcs). It is nice to deep fry it as well. Serve with Okonomi sauce & Mayo!

It is easy to make perfect crispy tempura at home with this tempura flour!
And this flour does not retain excessive oil, so the texture & taste are lighter. Mix this tempura flour : water = 1:1.6 and dip your vegetables, fish & meat in the batter. Deep fry them until cooked with nice golden colour.
