Daisho Nizakana no Tsuyu(Sweet Soy Sauce for Fish) 300g

  • The quality soy sauce based sauce with the depth from black mirin(matured mirin) & hidaka konbu extract.

    Just cook your fish fillets with this sauce for about 10 minutes and your main is ready to serve! If you use Aji or Saba mackerel, it is nicer to add 1-2 tsp of grated ginger to the sauce.

    1. Open the packet in a frying pan and put on strong heat.
    2. When the sauce starts to bubble, place your fish fillets(skins side on top first). Put wooden drop-lid or foil on top and cook with medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    3. Serve when the fish is cooked.

    *Please adjust cooking time according to the size of fillets.
    *To keep the texture soft, take out cooked fillets before you simmer down the sauce.
