The recipe is short and honest: wheat flour, sugar, butter-blended margarine, yeast, salt, rice flour and brewed vinegar, with no emulsifiers, and about 3% of the flour is Japanese-grown Yumechikara wheat. It’s mild enough to go with anything, so it’s equally at home toasted with butter and jam, under a fried egg, or stacked into a sandwich.
