It is a powdered seasoning to make Donburi easily. You can be simply simmering chicken and onions and tossing them with eggs. The umami flavor of chicken and pork is added to the bonito and kelp broth and finished with light soy sauce.
Ingredients (for 1 person) ◆ Chicken (cut into small bite-sized pieces) 50 g ◆ Onion (thinly sliced) 1/4 ◆ Green onion (sliced) few cut ◆ 80 ml of water ◆1 Egg ◆ 1 bowl of cooked rice ◆ 1 bag of this product . Put water, onions, and this product in a saucepan. When the onion is tender, open the lid and put chicken in it and then cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked. Then put beaten egg in the sauce pan and cook until the egg becomes nicely cooked. Lastly put green onion on it. And pour it over the cooked rice.
