Crispy panko ebi (bread crumbed prawns) at home!!
Do not need to defrost, just deep fry it straight.
It is nice to eat with tartar sauce, mayonnaise or okonomi sauce!
1. Heat up oil in a pot or deep fryer to 175℃.
2. Put frozen panko ebi and deep fry it for about 3-3.5 mins. Turn over panko ebi in the middle.
3. Take out panko ebi and drain excess oil with paper towel and serve immediately!
