Juwari soba is made only with buckwheat & water, so you will be able to enjoy the maximum flavour and the taste of soba. *How to boil the soba* 1. Open a whole packet of soba in 2L of boiling water and mix gently for only few seconds. 2. Boil the soba for about 4 mins and turn off the heat. Put the lid on the pot and rest the soba for about 2 mins. 3. Rinse the soba well with cold water quickly and drain it. Eat with your soba dipping sauce & garnishes. *Juwari soba is easy to be cut before it is boiled enough, so do not mix too much while it is boiled.
