The tonkotsu soup(pork base soup) with a great flavour of black ma-yu(sesame oil with fried garlic) matches well with the medium thin straight noodles. It is even nicer to add toppings such as seaweed, spring onions, sliced pork, fungus, boiled eggs or sesame seeds if you like. 1. Boil 450ml of water in a pot. Add 1 bunch of noodles and boil it for 2.5mins. 2. After the noodles are boiled, take of the pot from heat and mix 1 sachet each of soup powder and seasoning oil from the packet.
