Kurume in Fukuoka prefecture is the origin of Tonkotsu(pork bone base soup) ramen in Japan. The rich white soup matches well with crispy garlic chips. 1. Open the lid up to the line in the middle. Take out all the sachets inside. Open and put only clear one & brown one inside the cup. Keep the rest on the side. 2. Pour hot water up to the line inside cup and close the lid. Place the green colour sachet on the lid to warm up. 3. Wait for 3 mins and open the lid. Mix the green sachet well.
