Simple Cooking Instruction 1. Defrost unopened packet in a refrigerator. 2. Coat each piece with potato starch. 3. Prepare deep pan with 5cm depth oil and heat until the oil reaches 160 dgrees. 4. Deep fry for 5 minutes at 160 degrees until crispy golden brown. 5. Place karaage onto a wire rack to drain excess oil and rest for 2 minutes. 6. Absorb excess oil well on a paper towel and serve on a plate.
