This rice cake uses 100% Japanese paddy glutinous rice.
Toast in oven toaster or fry on a non stick pan for about 4 to 5 mins. Or boil or cook in hot water or soup for about 2 mins until the texture gets soft.
If you use microwave, put the rice cake in a deep bowl and cover with water and warm up about 2.5 mins. Leave about 1 min after that.
Eat your mochi with soy sauce & sugar, kinako(soy bean powder) & sugar or grated daikon & ponzu. It is nice to have with your miso soup or soup noodles as well.
*Mochi can stick in your throat, so please be careful when you eat it and cut into small pieces if it is difficult to chew.
*This mochi is dried but fresh product. Please keep in fridge after you open the outside package.
