Wash in a bowl with water and squeese the water out.
Cut into small pieces and put in boiled water (550cc water for 1pcs of Kanten) until dissolved.
Season it as you like (sugar, instant coffee, milk etc).
Pour into small container and let it sit in a room temperature. When it cools down, place it in a fridge.
