Okara “Potato” Salad. Looks just like potato salad and has a wonderfully delicious taste!





Even though this recipe does not include any potatoes but look just like potato salad and it has a wonderfully delicious taste!

Try this Okara "Potato" Salad recipe!

Ingredients (serves 2 people)

150g okara powder

1 cucumber

1/4 onion

Tuna one small can

White wine vinegar or any vinegar 1 tbsp

Mayonnaise 2 1/2 tbsp

Salt and pepper



1. Put okara in a heatproof bowl and heat it in a microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds on 600W power. Then put the vinegar and mix well.

2. Cut onion and cucumber into thin slices. Add them to a separate bowl and put 1/3 tsp of salt. After the mixture softens, squeeze out the excess moisture.

3. Drain the juice from the tuna can.

4. Mix 1, 2 and 3 together. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well.

5. Enjoy!
