This is a commercial cake from Flec (Ajinomoto Frozen Foods Co., Ltd.). Pear mousse is layered on top of carefully baked sponge, and pear and grape pulp are lavishly laid out. The colors on the top brighten up any scene. 

  • Refrigerator thawing (about 5℃): about 2 hours (optimal cut time: about 30 minutes after thawing starts)

  • Thawing at room temperature (about 25°C): about 1 hour (optimal cutting time: about 15 minutes after thawing starts)

*If you do not want to use the whole amount at once, cut it in a half-thawed state and freeze the unused portion.
*After defrosting, please consume as soon as possible within the same day.
