We use fresh, high-quality saury caught off the coast of eastern Hokkaido, seasoned with Kaneyoshi's unique miso-based sauce and simmered carefully until the bones are tender enough to eat. Perfect as a side dish with rice or as a snack with drinks.

• You can enjoy this product as is, or if you prefer, you can heat it up using a hot water bath.
• For the hot water bath method, bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, and warm the product in the bag for about 2 minutes.
• If using a microwave, transfer the product to a microwave-safe container.
  (Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 30 seconds at 500W. If it's not warm enough, adjust the heating time.)
