Nippon Ale Aichi FIGS Bite-Size Dried Fruit 22g
Nippon Ale
SKU: DAME649
We have cut "Aichi Prefecture figs" into bite-sized pieces and turned them into dried fruit.
The gentle flavor of the fruit comes from being soaked in syrup and dried.
Originally from southern Arabia, figs are said to have been introduced to Japan from China around 1630. Figs from Aichi Prefecture are shipped from spring to autumn through both greenhouse and open-field cultivation. Aichi also boasts the largest cultivation area in Japan, and the large size of its figs is another distinctive feature.
