Umaji Village is a small village with a population of approximately 900 people. It is a village rich in nature, surrounded by 96% forest, and is a village well-know for it's delicious cuisine made with yuzu as the village has a rich history in the yuzu production. 

The biggest difference from ordinary shichimi pepper is that this is "with yuzu skin".
So that not only obtains the spiciness from the red pepper, but also the aroma of yuzu amazes you and enhances your appetite. Great with rdishes such like Udon or side dishes.
