Located in Kochi Prefecture of Japan, Umaji Village is a small village with a population of approximately 900 people. It is a village rich in nature, surrounded by 96% forest, and is a village well-know for it's delicious cuisine made with yuzu as the village has a rich history in the yuzu production. 

It is a small sliced up particles of dried yuzu peel, With a strong refreshing aroma of yuzu and a hint of citrusy taste of yuzu on the pallet. It is recommended to be sprinkled on udon noodles or any kind of dish that goes well Yuzu aroma. The scent of yuzu enhances the deliciousness of the dish.
