This luxurious ramen is made with sake lees from the famous sake Hakkaisan. The miso soup is based on chicken and pork and accented with ginger and garlic. The flavor of the sake lees is brought out to create a flavorful bowl.
It also includes moderately seasoned minced meat, colorful corn, green onions, and chili peppers.

八海醸造が展開する「千年こうじや」監修！
名酒「八海山」の酒粕で贅沢に仕立てたラーメンです。チキンとポークをベースに、ジンジャーやガーリックでアクセントをつけた味噌スープです。酒粕の風味を活かした、味わい深い一杯に仕上げました。
程良く味付けした肉そぼろ、彩りの良いコーン、ねぎ、唐辛子を入れました。
