In addition, Kirin Namacha Rich has been created in pursuit of truly delicious green tea by daring to adopt a laborious and time-consuming process, such as blending extracts brewed at multiple temperature ranges to create a deep umami taste with less bitterness, with a focus on 45°C extraction that slowly brings out the umami.

約8時間以上かけて10μm（=0.01mm）以下まで粉砕した「微粉砕かぶせ茶」をぜいたくに「キリン 生茶」の10倍使用。さらに、じっくりうまみを引き出す45℃抽出をメインに、複数の温度帯で淹れた抽出液をブレンドすることで、苦渋みを抑えた深いうまみを感じる味わいに仕上げるなど、「キリン 生茶 リッチ」は手間と時間をかけた工程をあえて採用し、本当においしい緑茶を追求してつくりあげました。
