This miso contains about three times the amount of oleic acid (compared to our conventional rice miso).Rich aroma Smooth texture Rich flavor. It has been made to combine these three characteristics. We use high oleic acid soybeans "Sadia HO1" (non-GMO) from Takeo City, Saga Prefecture.

What is oleic acid?
It is a monounsaturated fatty acid found in olive oil and has the effect of lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol in the blood.

Storage methods
Please check the color, aroma, and flavor, and when it reaches your preferred eating condition, store it in the refrigerator or freezer.

Expiration date
Approximately 1 year from the date of preparation.
