The richness of the oyster sauce and mild basil flavour makes it a family favourite.
It can easily be made in a pan with minced meat and onions.
Make a lot and freeze to help with meals on busy days.

How to cook:

1. Fry (do not burn): Heat the salad oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions until soft. （Add the minced meat and fry until cooked through. (approx. 3 mins)
2. Add water (100 ml) and bring to the boil: heat the water and bring to the boil, then turn off the heat.
3. Add the roux (medium to high heat): crack in the roux and allow it to dissolve. Turn off the heat.
4. Finish (medium to high heat): return to heat and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes.

オイスターソースのコクと穏やかなバジルの風味が特徴なので、家族みんなで楽しむことができます。
ひき肉と玉ねぎを使ってフライパンで手軽に作ることができます。
たくさん作って冷凍しておくと、忙しい日の食事のお助けに。

【作り方】

1. 炒める（焦げつかないように）：大きめのフライパンにサラダ油を熱し、玉ねぎがしんなりするまで炒める。（目安4分）さらに、ひき肉を加えて火が通るまで炒める。（目安3分）
2. 水（100ml）を入れ、沸騰させる：水を入れ加熱し、沸騰したら火を止める。
3. ルウを入れる（中火〜強火）：ルウを割り入れて溶かす。火を止める。
4. 仕上げる（中火〜強火）：再び火にかけて約2分かき混ぜながら加熱する。
