Cooking instructions

1. Put about 1 tbsp of cooking oil or butter in a frying pan and fry the ingredients of your choice.
2. Then add the noodles and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, slowly loosening the noodles and the ingredients.
3. Turn off the heat, pour over the tomato roux, mix well and serve.

調理方法

1. フライパンに食油かバターを大さじ1杯程入れ、お好みの具材を炒めます。
2. 次に麺を入れ、ゆっくりほぐしながら、2〜3分、具と共に炒めます。
3. 火を止めてトマトルーをかけ、よく混ぜ合わせ、お皿に盛り付ければ出来上がり。
