Rich in vegetables and fruits!

Mildly sweet with tomatoes, dates, onions and apples. Richly flavoured with oysters, bonito, kelp and shiitake mushrooms. No chemical seasonings, preservatives, caramel colouring or sweeteners are used.

This is a "light and sweet" okonomiyaki sauce that matches the Kansai-style okonomiyaki, which is flavored with the umami of dashi.

野菜・果実たっぷり！

トマト、デーツ、たまねぎ、りんごを使用したまろやかな甘みです。オイスター、かつお、昆布、しいたけを使い旨味をたっぷりきかせました。化学調味料、保存料、カラメル色素、甘味料は使用せず、自然な艶にこだわりました。

だしのうまみをきかせた関西風のお好み焼きに合うよう「あっさりとした甘口」のお好み焼きソースです。
