Japanese mountain grapes are a variety that was born in Japan and was born in Japan's natural climate, and was even recorded in the Kojiki.

It is characterised by the fact that each grape is much smaller than other grape varieties, and only a small amount of juice can be extracted from each grape.

We used wild grape juice from Iwate Prefecture, which is highly rare and valuable.

日本山葡萄は、古くは「古事記」にも記された、日本の風土が生んだ日本生まれの品種です。

一般的な葡萄品種に比べ一粒がとても小さいのが特徴で、一粒からほんのわずかな果汁しか採ることが出来ません。

そんな希少価値の高い岩手県産山葡萄果汁を使用しました。
