Tuna carefully flaked at Shizuoka's own factory is simmered in a vegetable soup made by slowly simmering Japanese domestic onions, carrots, and cabbage in a large kettle and a rich broth with roasted onions.
By using rice oil as the soaking oil, it has a refreshing taste that is not heavy even though it is soaked in oil.
No chemical seasonings.
