It is prepared medium-thick noodles with a chewy texture. Additionally, to better blend with the soup, the noodles are seasoned with soy sauce and miso. The soup combines the richness of miso and pork, adding spiciness with chili for a deliciously spicy flavor. It is finished with the sweetness of vegetables, the aroma of onion and garlic, and the richness of doubanjiang, creating a deep and complex taste.
