By adjusting the flour blend, we have created noodles that are resistant to melting even when placed directly into the pot. Despite a short cooking time of 2.5 to 3 minutes, these noodles are difficult to overcook even when simmered.With a smooth and elastic texture, they pair perfectly with various hot pot soups. Suitable for motsunabe, miso nabe, chanko nabe, and many other hot pot dishes! They can also be used as a substitute for ramen.

Cooking instructions

*This product does not come with soup.

1. Place the noodles directly into a pot of boiling hot pot soup.
2. Simmer for 2.5 - 3 minutes.
   *Cook for at least 10 minutes to soften.
   *If the amount of soup is too little, the noodles will not return to their original shape. Add more broth and noodles

調理方法

※この製品にスープは付いておりません。

1. 沸騰したお鍋に、めんを直接入れます。
2. 2分半〜3分煮込めば出来上がり。
   ※10分以上煮込むとやわらかくなります。
   ※スープの量が少ないと、めんの戻りが悪くなります。スープを多めにして、めんを入れて下さい。
