野村のミレービスケットは昭和30年ごろから作り始めました。豆を揚げた油をブレンドしているから、独特の香ばしさがあります。少ししょっぱくて素朴な味で、高知県では子供から大人まで皆様に愛されています。21世紀になった今も、この味わいをずっと大切に引き継いでいます。
