DIRECTION OF USE • Keep Frozen • Heat well before consumption

Microwave: Cook on high power for 2 minutes  until thoroughly cooked..

Oven: Cover and bake at 177℃ for 12minutes  until thoroughly cooked..

Pan Grill: On medium high heat for 3 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
