We've prepared dried shredded squid with a distinctive flavour known as 'goro,' made by seasoning and grilling it to bring out the unique taste of 'goro.' By using whole dried squid with skin intact, the flavour of squid and 'goro' is enhanced. We grill it over direct heat to achieve a deliciously crispy texture.

It's crafted to be soft and easy to bite into. Perfect as a snack to accompany sake and other drinks. Goro is Squid Liver.
