Stem tea Karigane
Karigane is mainly made of stems collected from the production line of good Sencha. Karigane has a bit different flavor from standard Sencha.
DIRECTIONS (For 1 serving)
© Place 3g (about 1 tbsp) of tealeaves into the pot.
2) Pour 60ml of hot water (80°C).
© Steep it for 1min. Then pour the tea to the last drop.
Roasted tea HOUJICHA
This has the toasty flavor and good after-taste of good Sencha. The color of tea water is brown.
DIRECTIONS (For 1 serving)
© Place 3g(about 1 tbsp full) of tealeaves into the pot.
2 Pour 130ml of boiling water.
© Steep it for 30sec. Then pour the tea to the last drop.
* Please adiust the amount of the tealeaves and steeping time if you like. × Caution! : Be careful of hot water. Do not use leftover tealeaves again.
Use up the contents as soon as possible. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid other lingering scent.
GYOKURO ZUIFUKU
The tea bushes are kept in the shade before the tea-leaves are picked. This traditional method makes the tea that has a unique aroma and sweetness.

B Pour 20ml of hot water (50°C).

SENCHA GINPUKU
Sencha Ginpuku is made of Japanese tea leaves, which received a lot of sunlight. This tea has an ideal combination of sweetness and bitterness of Sencha.

SENCHA RYOKUFUKU
Sencha is the most popular Japanese tea. Sencha Ryokufuku is made of Japanese tea leaves, which received a lot of sunlight. It is a little bitter and has a good after-taste.

煎茶緑福は、自然の陽光を存分に受けて育った、さっぱりとした渋みのある後味の良い煎茶です。
かりがね
かりがねは、良質の煎茶を精製する際に出る白茎を主体にした、煎茶とはやや違った香味のお茶です。
ほうじ茶
良質の煎茶をほうじた芳しい香りと後味の良い茶褐色のお茶です。
