Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen
We have created a luxurious and rich tonkotsu soup by blending carefully selected domestic pork bones and slowly cooking the soup for a long time. Furthermore, in pursuit of the firm noodle quality typical of Hakata ramen, we offer straight thin noodles.
