These noodles undergo a careful process similar to those employed by ramen shops, drastically changing from the past conventional noodles of cup noodles, which required over a decade of research. Moreover, avoiding the traditional frying method in favor of hot air drying preserves their natural flavour and texture, offering a truly enjoyable culinary experience.
Bonito Ramen
We added the flavour of Yaizu-produced bonito flakes to the seafood and pork bone soup, which is a trend at ramen restaurants, and added Yaizu-produced bonito flakes to the topping to make it look more gorgeous. We changed the part of the chashu from thigh meat to belly meat to increase the volume, and used regular thickness soup.
