Under the supervision of the famous ramen restaurant "Tenkaippin", we have reproduced the signature ramen "Kotteri (rich soup)" with hot pot soup. It is a hot pot soup with the flavor of chicken and vegetables and the richness of garlic. After the hot pot, you can enjoy it in various ways such as ramen and risotto.
In 1971, a food stall in Kitashirakawa, Kyoto, was founded. The "thick soup" is made by slowly cooking chicken stock and using more than a dozen kinds of vegetables. Therefore it is full of flavor, and has a rich taste but a refreshing aftertaste.
