This product allows you to easily make "Matsumae-zuke," a local dish from Hokkaido, served with a special sauce that has a sweet and savory soy sauce flavor. The combination of the strong, sticky "gagome konbu" and the chewy umami-rich dried squid is exquisite. It is recommended as a side dish for rice or as a snack to accompany sake.
How to make
1, Wash Kombu and Surum for about 10 seconds. Then drain the water.
2, Add 2 spoon of water into the sauce
3, Mix 1 and 2 together, transfer to a sealed container, and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to complete.
