Using the special miso sauce, it created a katsu ( Fried pork) that is sweet, mellow, and evokes a sense of nostalgia. It is a satisfying and deeply flavored miso katsu.

It goes well with beer, soda and other alcoholic beverages, but it is also hearty and tasty as a snack.
