This soda water is made only from natural water (the famous Sakuragawa River) and carbon dioxide. No additives such as sodium chloride are used. It also does not undergo softening treatment, which removes minerals to make it pure water and stabilize the bubbles. It is popular for its long-lasting bubbles, which last even a day after opening, and for its clean, mellow taste without the unpleasant flavors that only natural water can offer.

It is also recommended as a mixer for whiskey, shochu, liqueurs, syrups, etc.
