Cupstar Chicken Tempura Soba noodles with the umami of bonito flakes and the aroma of chicken stock.
Made with a blend of whole buckwheat flour and coarsely ground buckwheat husks. These soba noodles are slightly wide and have just the right amount of texture.
Based on the umami of bonito flakes, miscellaneous dried fish, and kelp, this noodle dish is combined with the umami of chicken. Accented with yuzu shichimi pepper, this noodle soup is rich in flavor and fragrant with chicken stock.
The toppings are a combination of chicken tempura, flower-shaped kamaboko fish cakes, and green onions.
