We've lightly fried lotus root to create crispy chips, retaining its natural shape to preserve its texture. These chips are infused with the fragrance and tanginess of Japanese plum.

We seasoned them using plum powder made from plums grown in Kishu. Enjoy them as they are or use them as toppings for salads and other dishes to appreciate the authentic taste and texture of the lotus root.
