Refund and Cancellation Policy

For cancelling order before pick up or dispatch, $15.00 will be charged for administration fee.

For delivery via Australia Post, cancelling order after dispatch will not be accepted.

For South Australia stock transfers, cancellations are not accepted after dispatch.


Due to food safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept the exchange, refund or cancel for “change of mind” purchases.
We do, however, will refund or exchange if the products you have purchased are:

* faulty
* significantly different to those shown or described on our website.

*receiving a wrong product

In this case, please contact us immediately and provide original receipt as proof of purchase.

If you have any problem or question about your order, please kindly call us (Monday to Friday 9:30 – 16:30, except public holiday) or contact us via email immediately and please quote the invoice number for us to locate your order.

For customers who choose to pick up orders from our office, orders will be cancelled automatically if you do not pick up the orders within 2 weeks from the date you receive a pickup  notification email. $15.00 will be charged for the administration fee. Hence, please do contact Ichiba Junction if you cannot pick up your order within two weeks after receiving a pick up ready email.
