Delivery Areas
-We deliver Australia wide by using Australia Registered Parcel Post delivery service.
Delivery Fees
-Delivery fees are calculated according to actual cubic or weight, whichever is greater. It is associated with Australia Post’s charges. It is shown on the Confirm Your Order page after the shipping address is set.
Return Policy
Due to food safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept the exchange, refund or cancel for “change of mind” purchases.
We do, however, will refund, exchange or provide refund if the products you have purchased are:
* faulty
* significantly different to those shown or described on our website.
*Damaged (Please provide a photo of the damaged product as verification; without this, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.)
-Customers MUST make a return claim within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
Return will only be processed when your item is in the same condition as you have received it (New and unused)
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-For cancellations made prior to pick-up or dispatch, a $15.00 administration fee will apply.
Please note:
-For deliveries via Australia Post, cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
-For South Australia stock transfers, cancellations are not accepted after dispatch.

-Delivery time depends on the area. Please allow 1-7 working days for delivery.
