Agedashi Tofu (Fried Tofu with Kombu Tsuyu)

 

Ingredients: UMAMI I love Tofu / Hinode Katakuriko (Potato Starch) / Yamasa Kombu Tsuyu

1) Cut the tofu into cubes, and dust them with potato starch.



2) Fry the whole surface of the Tofu with vegetable oil in a pan until crisp.

3) Serve the fried Tofu to a bowl, and pour the Yamasa Kombu Tsuyu in boiled water.
Put some chopped spring onion and grated radish as toppings.
