Almond Pudding



ingredients: Agar Agar Powder 2g(1teaspoon) / Sugar 80g / Water 200ml / Milk 600ml / Armond essence 2-3 drops

1. Boil Agar Agar Powder, sugar and water and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes after it gets boiled.

2. Add milk and remove from heat. Put armond essence and mix it.

3. Pure the mixture in molds and settle in fridge.

4. Put strawberies or mint if you like, and it is ready to eat♪
