Mentai Butter Udon

Umami Nama Udon 200gの袋のノッチ部分を少しカットします。(約1~2 cmほど) 電子レンジで加熱します。600wで約2分、1200wで約1分が目安です。
Cut a small notch in the bag of Umami Nama Udon 200g. (about 1-2 cm).
Heat in a microwave oven: approximately 2 minutes at 600w or 1 minute at 1200w.

やけどに注意しながら、電子レンジで加熱したUmami Nama Udon 200gを
Remove microwaved Umami Nama Udon 200g into a container, taking care not to burn yourself.

バター 10gを加え、麺をほぐし良く馴染ませます。
Add 10g of butter and mix further. Add 10g butter, break up the noodles and mix well.

Minari Mentaiko Furikake (Spicy Cod Roe Rice Seasoning) 6gをUmami Nama Udon 200gにふりかけ、
Sprinkle 6g Minari Mentaiko Furikake (Spicy Cod Roe Rice Seasoning) over 200g Umami Nama Udon and blend well.

SLICED Roasted Seaweed (KIZAMI NORI)を少量トッピングして出来上がりです。
Top with a small amount of SLICED Roasted Seaweed (KIZAMI NORI) and it's ready.
