Get excited even before eating with this collaboration of "Gyoza," rice cakes, and kimchi! The combination of three flavors and textures makes it irresistible.

Mochi (rice cakes) 2 pieces
もち 2個

Kimchi 250g
キムチ 250g

Green onions 4 stalks
小ねぎ 4本

Sesame oil A little
ごま油 少々

1. Heat a hot plate and set it to keep warm. Arrange frozen gyoza with some space in between.

2. Slice the rice cakes into approximately 10 pieces each and layer them, placing them between the gyoza from step 1, along with the kimchi.

3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over the layered mochi from step 2 and set the hot plate to low heat (around 140°C). Cover and steam-cook.

4. Cut the root end of the green onions to a length of 3cm and finely chop the rest.

5. Once the mochi slices from step 3 are cooked through, remove the cover. Place the root ends of the green onions in the center of the empty space on the hot plate. Drizzle sesame oil over the entire dish and increase the heat to make it crispy.

6. Sprinkle the finely chopped green onions over the dish.
7. Enjoy your meal!
