Kombu cha tuna mayo pasta

Ingredients (serves1):
材料 (1人分)

100g pasta
100g パスタ

5g vegetable oil
5g サラダ油

80g sliced onion
80g スライスたまねぎ

1 pinch sugar
1 pinch 砂糖

1g garlic
1g ガーリック

5g soy sauce
5g 醤油

20g tuna
20g ツナ缶

2g kombu cha
2g 昆布茶

20g umami daily mayonnaise
20g umami デイリーマヨネーズ

1 pinch salt
1 pinch 塩

1 pinch chopped seaweed
1 pinch 刻みのり

3 Step Recipe:

Step 1
Add 5g of salad oil, a pinch of sugar, 1g of garlic, and 5g of soy sauce, then stir-fry 80g of sliced onions until they become a light caramel color.

Step 2
Add 20g of canned tuna, 2g of kelp tea, 100g of pasta, 20g of mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt, then mix well.

Step 3
Plate the dish and sprinkle a pinch of chopped nori on top.
