Miso Bouillabaisse
ingredients: 400g White Fish Fillets / 4 Shrimp / 8 Scallops / 1L Kelp and Bonito Dashi Stock / 100g Miso Paste / A little bit Grated Onion / A little bit Grated Carrot / Olive Oil
1) Heat olive oil in a pot, fry grated onion and carrot.
2) Pour dashi stock, put fish fillets, scallops and shrimp into the stock
and cook for 4-5mins over medium heat.
3) Remove the scum cleanly, then dissolve miso into the soup.
