Miso Pork Spareribs

ingredients: 1kg Pork Spareribs // Marinade: 1 clove Garlic / 2 cm piece of Ginger / 4 tbsp Miso Paste / 2 tbsp Sugar / 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup / 4 tbsp Soy Sauce / 2 tbsp Cooking Sake / 2 tbsp Olive Oil

1) To make marinade, place garlic, ginger, miso paste, sugar, tomato ketchup,
soy sauce, cooking sake and olive oil in a food processor.

2) Place spareribs in a shallow dish and cover with marinade.
Turn to coat thoroughly, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

3) Preheat oven grill on 250 degree celcius.

4) Turn the grill to 170 degree celcius, cook spareribs for 30-40mins.

5) Serve pork with salad or steamed rice.


* A zip bag can be used to make a marinade. When using it, rub the spareribs and marinade well.
