Simmered Miso Beef Rib



ingredients: 1kg Beef Rib / 1L Veal Stock (fond de veau)  / 200g Cannned Tomatoes / 1/2 Chinese Cabbage / Peanut Butter / 100g Miso Paste / Salt / Pepper / Salad Oil

1) Cut beef rib into large cubes. Cut Chinese cabbage into pieces.

2) Fry beef rib in an oiled pot, add canned tomatoes and veal stock, cook over low heat.

3) Add Chinese cabbage into the pot.

4) Season with peanut butter, miso, salt and pepper to taste.
