Ingredients (serves1):

1 pc UMAMI Sanuki Frozen Udon 250g
1個 UMAMI Sanuki Frozen Udon 250g

17g bacon
17g ベーコン

5g UMAMI Fresh Garlic 400g
5g UMAMI Fresh Garlic 400g

10g butter
10g バター

1pc egg
1個 卵

10g grated parmesan cheese
10g パルメザンチーズ

8g Momoya Gohandesuyo 180g
8g 桃屋ごはんですよ!180g


5 Step Recipe:
作り方:

Step 1
Thaw the udon noodles in the microwave. (600w 3 to 4 minutes, 800w 2 to 3 minutes)
うどんを電子レンジで解凍する 600w 3~4分、800wで2~3分

Step 2
In a frying pan, add butter and finely chopped garlic, and sauté over low heat until the aroma comes out slowly.
フライパンにバターとニンニクのみじん切りを入れて、弱火でじっくりと香りが出るように炒める

Step 3
Once the garlic aroma emerges, add bacon and sauté slowly.
ニンニクの香りが出てきたら、ベーコンを入れてじっくり炒める

Step 4
Add the udon noodles to the frying pan and quickly mix.
フライパンにうどんを入れて手早くひと混ぜする

Step 5
In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese and rice with eggs well, then add the udon noodles to the bowl and mix quickly.
ボールにパルメザンチーズとごはんですよと卵を入れてよく混ぜ、うどんをボールに投入し、手早く混ぜる
